In th ename of God Amen, I,
Item – I give and bequeath my soul
unto God, next my body unto the ground from whence it came.
Item – It is my will that my son
Uria [sic] Angell
should administer upon my estate
and what earthly goods I have, I give unto my son Uriah Angell and my two
daughters Margaret Angell
and Alice Angell
and what cattle or hogs or any
other goods I do leave them. It is
my desire that they shall not be divided until my two daughters come of age, and
it is my desire that my son Uria Angell [sic] shall have my two hundred acres of
land to himself and his sisters shall not have part of it.
