Pacely, Paisely, Peasley

"Windows Into Our Past A Genealogy of the Garton, Smith & Associated Families, Volume 2", compiled by Judy Parsons Smith © 2003

(Many early records recorded as Pacely because they spelled the name phonetically as it was pronounced.  If I had not been familiar with the early pronunciation I would not have recognized the name so quickly.  They pronounced it Pace-lee.)
